Attorney Rachel Falknor Speaks on Personalized Estate Planning at VBWC Luncheon Series

This week, GCF Attorney Rachel Falknor was a guest speaker at the Vero Beach Women’s Club Luncheon Series! Rachel’s topic was “Personalized Estate Planning”. She discussed the process of establishing an estate plan and the ways the plan can be “personalized” to fit each client’s individual needs, goals, family dynamics, asset holdings and more. Rachel explained the importance of keeping estate planning documents such as Wills, Revocable Trusts, and ancillary documents up to date, and how it’s an ongoing process.

Rachel Falknor is an associate with the firm’s Estate Planning & Tax Group, where she builds relationships with clients and helps them achieve their goals through personalized estate planning. She recently received her LL.M in Taxation from the University of Florida, College of Law in May of this year.

Rachel is also an active member of our community, and is a member of the Indian River County Bar Association Young Lawyer’s Division and the Indian River County Estate Planning Council.
