Dillon L. Roberts, LLM (taxation) is a member of the firm’s estate planning and tax group. His clients consist of predominantly high net worth individuals and families, and he focuses his practice on estate planning, gift and transfer tax planning, estate and trust administration, and tax-efficient business succession planning. Dillon is a Florida Bar-Certified Tax Lawyer and maintains an AV Preeminent (the highest peer rating standard) by Martindale-Hubbell. Dillon earned his law degree (with honors) and his master of laws in taxation from the University of Florida. Prior to law school, Dillon served as a reconnaissance (or “scout”) officer in the U.S. Army with an operational deployment to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Dillon currently serves on the board of directors of both The ARC of Indian River County and the Indian River Estate Planning Council.
Dane R. Ullian is a member of the firm’s litigation team and focuses his practice on jury trials of personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death cases as well as business governance and trust disputes. Mr. Ullian has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2020, 2021, and 2022 and a Best Lawyers Ones to Watch in 2021 and 2022. He graduated ranked number one in his class at the University of Florida Levin College of Law and previously served as an intelligence officer in the United States Air Force. Mr. Ullian currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Gifford Youth Achievement Center and the Indian River County Bar Association.
Justin K. Larson, LLM (taxation) is a Florida Bar Board-Certified Specialist in Wills, Trusts and Estates, and he devotes his law practice to helping clients with estate planning, estate and trust administration, and related tax matters. Mr. Larson is a graduate of the Florida Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), serves on the board of directors of the Indian River Estate Planning Council, and is a member of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law and Tax Law Sections of The Florida Bar. Justin earned his law degree from Duke University, and holds a bachelor of science in business administration and a master of laws in taxation from the University of Florida.
