Super Lawyers credible rating service has recognized highly professional and tested attorneys for over 25 years. Nine of GCF’s Attorneys representing five distinct practice groups have been selected to the 2020 Florida Super Lawyers and Rising Star lists. David Carter, Troy Hafner, Chris Marine, Jason Odom, Eugene O’Neill and Sandra Rennick have all been selected to the Super Lawyers list and Anthony Guettler, Dillon Roberts and Dane Ullian were selected as Rising Stars. The “Super Lawyer” distinction is given to only 5 percent or less of lawyers in each state, and the “Rising Star” to just 2.5 percent.

Gould Cooksey Fennell has now had at least three attorneys represented on the Florida Super Lawyer list for 14 consecutive years. In order to be considered, each individual must go through the Super Lawyers patented multiphase selection process to ensure the validity of attorneys featured. The process has four phases including peer nomination and evaluation based on 12 indicators of professional achievement. These include the individual’s verdicts/settlements, awards, pro bono and community service, professional activity, and other outstanding achievements.

This process creates a credible, comprehensive and diverse listing of outstanding attorneys. The Super Lawyers lists are published nationwide in Super Lawyers Magazines and in leading city and regional magazines and newspapers across the country. A large congratulations to the “Super Lawyers” and “Rising Stars” earning this coveted position.
