Peter J. Lubas

Peter J. Lubas is a Florida personal injury attorney who is dedicated to representing individuals injured by the negligence of others. He earned his bachelor’s degree in political science and history from Stetson University, graduating magna cum laude, and received his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law.

Peter began building his litigation experience during law school, where he clerked for a Palm Beach County personal injury and wrongful death firm. He also served as a teaching assistant for the Stetson University College of Law Veterans Advocacy Clinic, representing disabled veterans before the Board of Veterans’ Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.

After graduating from law school, Peter moved to Vero Beach, where he has focused his career on representing injured individuals. His background includes negligence claims, motor vehicle accidents, commercial trucking accidents, slip and fall accidents, wrongful death, and medical malpractice.
