What You’ll Do

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • E-filing and e-service
  • Managing deadlines and maintaining case calendars
  • Drafting and responding to discovery
  • Scheduling for assigned attorneys
  • Preparing witness lists and exhibit lists
  • Communicating with clients, court personnel, and other professional offices
  • Reviewing, organizing, and managing medical records
  • Assisting attorneys in preparation for hearings and depositions
  • Supporting trial preparation and trial attendance as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 3 years of personal injury litigation experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Excel
