William N. Kirk is an estate planning attorney and member of Gould Cooksey Fennell’s Estate Planning & Tax Group. With decades of experience in estate and tax law, his practice focuses on serving long-standing estate planning clients, handling probate and trust administration matters, and serving in fiduciary roles.
Over the course of his career, Will has earned recognition for his legal skill and professional insight, including an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell and recognition in Best Lawyers in America®. His long-standing reputation reflects the depth of his experience in estate planning and tax matters, as well as the trust clients and colleagues have placed in him throughout his career.
In addition to his legal practice, Will is actively involved in firm leadership having previously served as a co-chair of the firm’s Estate Planning and Tax Group and continues to lead the firm’s Technology Committee, supporting systems and process improvements that help strengthen client service across the firm.
