Cameron M. Dalton is a Vero Beach estate planning attorney and member of the firm’s Estate Planning & Tax Group. He advises individuals and fiduciaries on estate and tax planning, trust and estate administration, and business succession planning, helping clients navigate complex planning decisions with clear, practical guidance.
Cameron works closely with clients and their advisory teams to develop solution-driven, tax-focused planning strategies. His experience includes planning involving complex revocable and irrevocable trusts, lifetime gifting, trust modification planning, and the use of closely held entities to support broader estate, tax, and succession planning goals.
Cameron also represents clients in high-net-worth and complex probate and trust litigation matters. He assists fiduciaries and beneficiaries with disputes involving the interpretation or validity of estate planning documents, potential breaches of fiduciary duty, and other issues that may arise during the administration of estates and trusts.
Cameron earned his J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. While in law school, he served as Vice President of the Estates & Trusts Law Society, worked as a research assistant to professors at both the Levin College of Law and the Warrington College of Business, received the Book Award in Fiduciary Administration, and spoke at the Ellen Bellet Gelberg Tax Policy Symposium. Cameron also serves as Vice President of the Indian River County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division.
