Samia G. Bennouna is an estate planning attorney and member of the firm’s Estate Planning & Tax Group. She advises individuals, families, fiduciaries, and business owners on estate planning, estate administration, tax planning, and related business matters. Her work often involves helping clients make sense of complex legal and tax issues so they can move forward with clear, practical guidance.

Samia works with high-net-worth individuals and families on sophisticated estate plans involving multigenerational wealth transfer, estate and gift tax planning, and long-term asset protection. Her experience includes designing and implementing dynasty trust structures across multiple jurisdictions and advising on planning strategies that help preserve family wealth and make effective use of available tax exemptions.

Samia also advises fiduciaries and beneficiaries on estate and trust administration matters, including trust modifications, decanting, fiduciary duties, and related tax reporting obligations. She has experience preparing federal estate tax returns for taxable estates and assisting with federal tax matters, including requests for IRS private letter rulings involving S corporation elections and trust shareholders. She also assists clients with entity formations, tax restructuring, income tax planning, and strategic planning matters.

Samia earned her J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. She also graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Legal Studies.
