In order to create the 2023 rankings, U.S. News & World Report and Best Lawyers® reviewed over 16,000 eligible firms. Best Lawyers limits its selection process to the top 5% of attorneys in each state, meaning the “Best Law Firms” list represents the most elite and successful attorneys in each given region.
