Sandra G. Rennick is a partner with Gould Cooksey Fennell and a trusted Vero Beach real estate attorney with more than 25 years of experience representing individuals, families and entities in complex real estate, banking, and business transactions. She serves on the firm’s Executive Committee, chairs the Corporate Group, and is a key member of the Real Estate Group, where she leads some of the region’s most sophisticated closings.
Sandra’s practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate, including acquisitions and development, lending and finance, and corporate entity formation and governance. Over the past decade, she has closed more than $2.5 billion in real estate transactions, averaging more than $230 million annually and nearly tripling her yearly volume since 2015.
