Sandra G. Rennick is a lifelong resident of Vero Beach, Florida with extensive experience handling sophisticated business transactions and real estate matters. She serves on the firm’s Executive Committee, chairs the Corporate Group and is a member of the Real Estate Group. Ms. Rennick’s main areas of practice include business and commercial enterprise, including the formation and administration of business entities, lending and finance and residential and commercial real estate. She maintains an “AV” rating by Martindale-Hubbell, the largest and most comprehensive ratings document of lawyers in the world, and has been listed among Florida’s “Super Lawyers,” a service which identifies the top 5% of attorneys in the state, as chosen by their peers and through the independent research of Law & Politics.
Ms. Rennick graduated cum laude from Stetson University College of Law where she served as a chief member of the Honor Court. She attended Davidson College for her undergraduate studies, as a Davidson Scholar. Ms. Rennick also attended the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid, Madrid, Spain.
Ms. Rennick’s community involvement includes her service as past President and Officer of the Board of Directors of McKee Botanical Garden. Ms. Rennick also served as past President and Director of the Scholarship Foundation of Indian River County and as past Officer and Director of Indian River County Habitat for Humanity, organizations she continues to support.

Notable Settlements and Verdicts
Plaintiff was operating a small motorcycle/scooter when a 91 year old man turned left in front of him hitting him essentially head on. As a result of the collision, the Plaintiff sustained catastrophic injuries to his lower body, including snapped femurs and fractures to the spine and pelvis. After a two week trial the Indian River County jury returned an award totaling $9.381 million.
Medical negligence claim arising out of a breach in the standard of care by a physician and hospital in which an incorrect, corrosive chemical was used during a gynecological procedure, resulting in acid burns and severe permanent injuries to the Plaintiff.
A Brevard County Jury awarded Plaintiff $6.4M against Defendant State Farm, following an accident that resulted in numerous catastrophic orthopedic injuries, including a below knee amputation of the Plaintiff’s left leg.
